Your Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and versatile Technical Operations Analyst to join our team. This essential role is at the intersection of technical production and operational accuracy, primarily supporting back-office functions that rely on specialized data processing and technical asset management. The ideal candidate combines strong technical proficiency in 3D modeling and property estimating with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Model Processing and Optimization: Edit, clean, and optimize technical 3D models (e.g., from AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Blender) to meet specific internal formatting, quality, or usage standards.
• Property Cost Estimation: Write detailed property or construction cost estimates and valuations by utilizing visual assessments, customer inputs, internal tools, and specialized construction or real estate cost databases.
• Data Quality & Assurance: Review and analyze images, models, and data sets for quality assurance, compliance with standards, and reporting accuracy.
• Data Structuring & Reporting: Process, structure, and standardize complex data in accordance with internal protocols and external reporting needs.
• Program & Application Audit: Conduct audits of program applications and documentation to ensure completeness, compliance, and accuracy before final approval.
• Operational Support: Perform additional back-office tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency and maintain high data accuracy across all workflows.
  
  

What You Need:

Required Qualifications (Technologies, Skills, Experience)

• Experience in 3D modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Blender) to efficiently edit and review digital assets.
• Knowledge of property cost estimating or valuations, including familiarity with construction, real estate cost databases, or standardized estimating practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field (e.g., Data Science, Architecture, Operations Management) is preferred.
• Experience in data analysis, data entry, or technical administrative processing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational excellence.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite/Excel, 3D modeling software, CRM systems).
• Ability to quickly learn and master new internal systems and proprietary tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a highly collaborative team.
• Successful completion of a skills assessment related to the core technical and analytical requirements of the role.
