About The Role

As part of a major digital transformation initiative, our client is implementing a large-scale Gaming project and requires a team of tech-driven, gaming-enthusiast professionals to support its deployment.

You will be part of a team responsible for application installation, functionality validation, user training, field support, and incident management, ensuring a seamless experience for users across digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide support and monitor web, mobile, and other digital applications—both online and offline—in production environments and their supporting infrastructure.
• Install and validate mobile applications on devices to ensure full functionality and connectivity.
• Deliver on-site and remote training to sellers and end users on the use of mobile applications.
• Assist users of the mobile application and ensure proper registration, follow-up, and escalation of incidents.
• Register and track service requests, attentions, and issues following established procedures.
• Analyze service performance and propose improvements and potential evolution paths for the client.
• Collaborate with technical teams to contribute ideas and enhancements to the service.
• Take ownership and responsibility of assigned tasks, even when working under supervision.
• Participate in continuous learning through regular training sessions and internal development activities.
• Become familiar with internal tools, company processes, and operational policies.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Advanced English level (B2+).
• Passion for video games and technology.
• Strong communication and customer-support skills.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine desire to learn.
• Ability to work on-site in Bogotá.
• Technical or IT knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
