A Day in the Life
The Sr. Sales Administrator provides critical data, technical, and process improvement support to the US Sales Administration teams across multiple business units. The role focuses on managing and analyzing sales data, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting operational processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and decision-making. This position is essential for enabling field sales growth, optimizing workflows, and aligning operating units with broader business priorities. This position will be Remote in Bogotá.

A Day in the Life
The Sr. Sales Administrator provides critical data, technical, and process improvement support to the US Sales Administration teams across multiple business units. The role focuses on managing and analyzing sales data, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting operational processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and decision-making. This position is essential for enabling field sales growth, optimizing workflows, and aligning operating units with broader business priorities. This position will be Remote in Bogotá.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Manage, analyze, and maintain sales data across systems such as SAP, Salesforce.com, Tableau, and mSTAR to support reporting, compliance, and business insights
- Support process improvement initiatives by optimizing workflows, updating SOPs, and partnering with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Care
- Provide technical support for automation initiatives and utilize tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other platforms to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to resolve system or process bottlenecks and ensure alignment with operational requirements
- Participate in special projects focused on operational improvements, strategic initiatives, and enhanced reporting capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong experience in data management, reporting, and analytics, preferably within sales operations or administrative environments
- Proficiency with analytical and CRM tools (SAP, Salesforce.com, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with a strong ability to work independently and drive process improvements
- Fluent in English (B2 – C1)
