We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at FullStack. As a Sales Development Representative with FullStack, you’ll be responsible for researching new accounts, identifying new contacts, contacting, and closing new meetings within an established ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). You’ll quickly become an expert at researching the nuances within our customer profiles that make someone a great fit for our services. In addition, you’ll be following a proven, successful process for cold prospecting using email, LinkedIn, texting, and on occasion, cold-calling. You’ll be scheduling meetings for our Inside Account Executives and as you learn more about our company and services, you'll eventually get promotion opportunities. We use tools like Apollo, G-Suite, DialPad, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, and a VOIP system. In your first week, you will learn our sales tools and processes, be trained on our service offerings, and start researching accounts, sending emails, LinkedIn messages, and texts. In your second week, you’ll make 80+ outreaches a day. In your third week, you will book a minimum of two meetings with potential prospects. By your second month, you will book at least eight meetings per month.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional Sales Development Representative, preferably in the SaaS, technical staffing, or IT industry experience.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Strong understanding of the IT/SaaS (Software as a Service) industry and technical staffing, including common pain points and modern tech stacks.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance outbound prospecting efficiency across cold emails, text messages, LinkedIn outreach, and call preparation.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms like Apollo, Salesloft or Outreach is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with AI research tools and a high attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams is a plus.
- Meaningful experience working within large teams and complex systems.
