Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the corporate communications strategy (internal, external, and digital).
- Lead media relations with journalists, editors, directors, and key opinion leaders at national and regional levels.
- Develop and execute digital communication strategies, including influencer marketing and Influence PR.
- Manage communications during risk situations and reputational crises.
- Develop and oversee high‑quality corporate content, ensuring excellent writing and editorial standards.
- Coordinate communications projects with internal teams and external vendors or agencies.
- Support public affairs, sustainability, and corporate reputation initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the economic, political, and social environment, with a strong focus on the healthcare sector.
- Lead, coach, and manage team members and project resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Political Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate communications, internal and external communications, digital marketing, or corporate/public affairs.
- At least 3 years of communications experience within the healthcare sector.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams or coordinating projects with direct reports.
- Strong knowledge of the Colombian and regional media landscape, with proven relationships with media and opinion leaders.
- Experience in digital communications, influencer marketing, and Influence PR.
- Proven experience managing crisis and risk communications.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Strong understanding of the economic, political, and social context, with emphasis on healthcare at national and international levels.
- English level B2 or higher (required).
