Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join an international organization in the field of intellectual property and innovation, based in Sofia.

As IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects, ensuring alignment with methodologies and standards, and fostering collaboration across multicultural teams.

The role requires both strong technical project management expertise and excellent interpersonal skills to integrate seamlessly within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects using recognized methodologies and standards (Prince2, MSP or equivalent).
• Utilize project management tools such as Clarity PPM and/or JIRA (or equivalent).
• Ensure effective project planning, reporting, and delivery within scope, time, and quality standards.
• Lead and organize project teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
• Apply and maintain high-quality standards across all tasks and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations to diverse stakeholders.
• Participate in multilingual meetings and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
• Build trust and create a sense of community among project team members.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years as a Project Manager in IT software development.
• Proven experience with project management tools (Clarity PPM, JIRA, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of methodologies such as Prince2, MSP (or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of quality procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to apply high standards in all tasks.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Languages required: Fluent English (C1) and Native-level Bulgarian (C2)
