Role name: Implementation Coordinator

Location: Cali - Colombia

Modality: Hybrid model (2 – 3 days on client site)

Job Summary

The role is responsible for gathering business requirements from the local Colombia team and effectively communicating them to the India-based IT team, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements from the local Colombia team and effectively communicate them to the India-based IT team.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with the DMS implementation team and subsequently train and support local users.
• Act as a coordination point between stakeholders across geographies to facilitate seamless communication and issue resolution.
  
  

Requirements

• Possess prior experience in the automotive industry, which would be a strong advantage.
• Have approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English (mandatory).
• Be open to business travel as required during different phases of the project.
  
  

Work Conditions

Work in a hybrid model, primarily based at the client site in Cali - Colombia
