As a growing software engineering and AI solutions company, we are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented Talent Partner Assistant to join our dynamic team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and maintain accurate records within our internal platform and internal databases.
- Input client hiring requirements promptly, ensuring all data is up-to-date and perfectly aligned with current business needs.
- Conduct regular data reviews and audits to identify discrepancies, correct errors, and ensure the highest level of data integrity across all platforms.
- Format and develop compelling, highly accurate candidate profiles for formal client presentations.
- Prepare and distribute essential informational and technical materials to support the Recruiting and Account Management teams.
- Support key internal operational processes, including assisting with internal audits and ensuring compliance.
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to automate repetitive workflows and continuously optimize manual administrative processes.
- Act as a central liaison between the Sales, Recruiting, and Account Management teams to align on client requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team to streamline the candidate-to-vacancy matching process and ensure seamless coverage of open positions.
- Partner with Account Managers to proactively address client staffing needs and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Assist in generating basic reports on the talent pipeline, coverage status, and other key metrics to support decision-making.
- 1+ year of professional experience in staffing, recruiting, or an administrative role.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Demonstrated understanding of IT terminology, processes, and systems to effectively communicate with technical teams and troubleshoot any issues related to staffing software or platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and precision in work.
- Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Proven track record of using lists and reminders to effectively manage tasks.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
