About The Job
Drive excellence in point-of-sale execution by leading, developing, and managing the field team, ensuring flawless implementation of commercial and brand strategies, and maximizing sell-out performance through strong operational discipline, execution excellence, and KPI-driven management.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the field sales team to drive high performance and execution excellence.
- Translate commercial and brand strategies into effective point-of-sale execution plans across assigned territories.
- Monitor and manage key KPIs including availability, visibility, pricing, promotions, distribution, and sell-out performance.
- Drive performance management and continuous improvement, implementing corrective action plans to address execution gaps.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers while identifying commercial opportunities and mitigating business risks.
- Plan and oversee field operations, including territory allocation, route optimization, and flawless execution of promotional and commercial activities.
- Experience: More than 4 years of experience in similar point-of-sale execution roles within the independent pharmacy channel.
- Skills: Leadership and management of field teams, Strong results-oriented mindset (sell-out driven), Analytical skills and KPI management, Coaching and people development capabilities, Influence and relationship-building skills with customers
- Strong organizational skills and operational discipline, Adaptability across channels (retail chains and independent pharmacies)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields
- Languages: intermediate English level
