Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will have expertise in analysis and description of business processes, and their translation into functional and non-functional IT requirements. You will act as an interpreter between the worlds of IT and business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Analyze Business Processes: Observe and learn about business processes to understand how they can be translated into functional and non-functional IT requirements. You will explore how to describe these processes in a way that is understandable by both IT and business stakeholders.
• Develop Requirements: Assist with developing functional and non-functional requirements, use-cases, process models, and impact analysis. You will participate in creating deliverables that meet the needs of both IT and business stakeholders.
• Support IT and Business Collaboration: Engage with IT and business teams to support the interpretation of business processes and requirements. You will contribute to ensuring that IT solutions meet business needs and that business stakeholders understand IT capabilities.
  
  

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Exposure to Business Process Analysis: Basic understanding of how business processes are analyzed and described to support translation into IT requirements.
• Interest in Requirements Development: Familiarity with the concept of developing functional and non-functional requirements, use-cases, process models, and impact analysis.
• Understanding of IT and Business Interactions: Awareness of the importance of collaboration between IT and business stakeholders to ensure effective interpretation of business processes and requirements.
• Basic Knowledge of IT Capabilities: Curiosity about how IT solutions can meet business needs and how business stakeholders can understand IT capabilities.
• Participation in Analytical Activities: Experience participating in analytical activities, such as observing, learning, and exploring business processes to support the development of IT requirements.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Business Process Modeling Tools: Familiarity with tools used to model and analyze business processes is beneficial.
• IT Requirements Management: Exposure to methods for managing and tracking IT requirements can be helpful.
• Data Analysis Techniques: Basic understanding of data analysis concepts can support business process analysis and requirements development.
