Strong communication skills and project management capabilities. Capacity to deliver perspectives through presentations or documents with insights and implications extracted from business analysis.

Consumer and Market Understanding: Knowledge of the United States market and retail landscape, as well as familiarity with the consumer and shopper behaviors.

Requirements

In addition to the above skills set, the ideal candidate must possess some combination of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing required; advanced degree a plus
• 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales with Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), or marketing analytics company
• Experience with syndicated data solutions, market research capabilities
• Comfortable with advanced analytics, statistics, reporting, PowerPoint, dashboards, data visualization tools (ie. PowerBI, Tableau)
• Demonstrated expertise in translating data and leveraging tool/solutions to deliver insights and support business processes.
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual: High English level (Written, Oral)
• Knowledge of the US Market Landscape, Retail environment and understanding of differences in consumer/shopper behaviors (preferred)
