You will work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia.

Apex Legends QV is looking for a technically fluent Emerging Technologies Strategist (AI, Quality & Tools) to accelerate our adoption of AI tools and tech. Reporting to QV leadership, you will help drive adoption of AI tooling to support our product goals and the needs of the business. You'll participate in evaluations of new technologies, recommend solutions to QA leaders, and partner with QA and development teams to gather requirements, build onboarding materials, and guide successful rollout and adoption.

Responsibilities

• You'll analyze and identify AI solutions aligned with our quality mission.
• You'll conduct and organize tech evaluations, measuring reliability, accuracy, and legal risk.
• You'll prepare cost-benefit and comparison reports to inform tooling investment.
• You'll provide regular reporting on AI/ML efforts, focusing on cost vs reward.
• You'll gather use cases and translate them into engineering requirements.
• You'll own and prioritize the tool adoption backlog with stakeholders.
• You'll create documentation and training for new tools, and drive sustained adoption across QV teams.
• You'll measure AI/technology investment success using usage data and feedback.
• You'll champion AI and automation technologies, promoting return on investment and sharing successes.
• You'll help design systems for AI-driven data that surface balance issues, design flaws, and exploits.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical analyst, QA, product, or business analyst role, including hands-on work adopting new tools or technology.
• Knowledge of AI prompting and optimizing response quality.
• Hands-on LLM experience and awareness of ideal use cases.
• Experience owning a backlog and driving stakeholder alignment and change.
• Convert data and results into applicable business insights.
• Deliver technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
