The Role

As our Affiliate Success Specialist, you are the primary advocate for our partners, ensuring they have the tools and insights needed to maximize their conversion potential. You will turn data into actionable advice, directly impacting Holafly’s global growth by fostering high-performing, loyal affiliate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize partner performance by reviewing creator content and providing strategic feedback to boost engagement and ROI.
  • Develop educational ecosystems, creating webinars, "recommendation packs," and SEO-driven briefs to help affiliates scale their reach.
  • Execute nurturing strategies, including contests and educational cycles, to increase partner retention and brand advocacy.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide partners with a competitive advantage in their specific niches.
  • Bridge the gap between strategy and execution, supporting account managers with the technical assets needed for market success.
  • Analyze channel health to identify underperforming segments and implement creative solutions for recovery and growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in content revision, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or performance marketing
  • Demonstrable experience reviewing and improving content across social channels and/or blogs
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics: ROAS, ROI, revenue — and how to translate them into practical content or strategy changes
  • Strong English (C1 minimum) — all internal and external communications run in English
  • At least one additional language at working proficiency: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Arabic, Portuguese, or Japanese.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Impact) and CRM tools (HubSpot)
  • Experience with SEO and blog content (Ahrefs, HypeAuditor)
  • Background in the travel or e-commerce industry
