Reddit Manager (Remote)

Belle Muse is a creator management agency scaling fast. We manage top-tier creators across multiple platforms and we're expanding to Reddit. We need a Reddit Growth Specialist who knows the platform inside out. Not as a user, but as an operator.

What You'll Do

• Run daily account health checks across multiple creator accounts, monitoring post status, engagement, and platform compliance
• Execute a structured daily posting schedule per creator: multiple posts per account, staggered timing, rotating content matched to the right communities
• Engage with comments and DMs on live posts to drive profile visits and conversions
• Research and maintain curated community lists per creator, continuously swapping underperforming ones for active, high-converting ones
• Run outreach to community moderators to build relationships and acquire mod status on relevant communities
• Manage account warmup phases methodically, building credibility and reach before scaling activity

Requirements

• Proven track record managing Reddit accounts with real growth and traffic numbers to show
• Meticulous about platform rules. Community guidelines, posting cadence, and content restrictions are non-negotiable.
• Strong community research skills and ability to match content to the right audience
• Native-level written English. You'll be writing titles, outreach messages, and first-person copy that needs to feel authentic.
• Experience running multiple accounts safely, either on your own setup or willing to work with ours

What Success Looks Like

• 30 days: all creator accounts set up and on schedule, community lists built, zero strikes
• 60 days: consistent daily cadence across all accounts, first Reddit-attributed revenue trending up
• 90 days: clean track record maintained, mod relationships established, channel growing month on month

Compensation

Base: $3–4/hr. Commission: 5% of agency revenue your Reddit links generate, monthly, recurring. No cap. Strong performers have cleared $2,000–$3,000/month within 90 days.
