You'll work alongside a leading commercial insurance technology company in the United States — a high-volume industry where speed and precision make all the difference.

What You'll Do

Client–Carrier Relay You'll receive information requests from underwriters, translate them into clear language for the client, collect what's needed, and relay it back properly formatted. If a client hasn't responded in 24 hours, you follow up. If the underwriter hasn't responded in 48, same thing.

Intake Support You'll complete applications for clients who need additional coverage or whose submissions require rework. Accuracy and speed go hand in hand here.

Documentation & CRM Management Everything you do gets logged. Documents, communications, notes, all recorded in the CRM after every action.

Customer Support You'll monitor the inbox, respond with status updates, handle calls when needed, and immediately flag any urgency to the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal English at a B2+ level or higher, you'll be writing professional emails to clients and carriers every day
  • Organized and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable working in CRMs and picking up new tools quickly
  • A real sense of urgency, when something is time-sensitive, you move
  • Proactive communicator, if you see something stuck, you say so
  • Experience in insurance, customer service, or operations is a plus, but not required. We'll train you.

What We Offer

Training Process

The training process lasts 9 days total:

  • 7 days of training from Monday to Friday
  • 2 additional live training days with the client for candidates who successfully pass the initial training phase

Training Compensation

Candidates attending training will receive:

  • $50.000 COP per day
  • Lunch included during training days

Final Compensation

  • Salary: $2,500,000 COP + $249.095 COP legally mandated transportation allowance + Overtime and additional payments
  • Free lunch every day
  • Office located in El Poblado, Medellín
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 7:30 pm with 1 hour lunch break and 2 × 15-minute breaks
  • Structured onboarding with full training from day one
  • Collaborative work environment with an international team

How You'll Work

You'll report to a Team Lead and work closely with the sales and operations teams. Day-to-day coordination happens through internal messaging, you're expected to be available and responsive during working hours. You'll have a supervised period before working independently, so you can build confidence from the start.
