Your expertise will be essential in ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and resolving technical issues efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining a reliable and high-performing IT ecosystem that supports the organizations success.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee streaming equipment and critical infrastructure using monitoring tools to ensure continuous, high-quality service.
- Manage incoming IT support requests and maintain key systems such as encoders, dealer modules, access points, and switches.
- Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to test new applications and ensure proper network and system functionality.
- Ensure operational continuity of encoders and media servers for smooth broadcasting, resolving issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot technical problems with the operations team, performing repairs or equipment replacements as needed.
- Maintain workstation configurations, user access, and internal procedures while resolving incidents within SLA standards.
- Manage IT inventory, update asset records, assign equipment, conduct audits, and coordinate with external suppliers with minimal business disruption.
- Support the improvement of IT infrastructure, perform hardware and software maintenance, and safeguard information security.
- Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware and software support within a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems, including Active Directory administration.
- Hands-on experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience with Wi-Fi networks and network management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts within a 24/7 operation.
- Nice to have: Relevant IT certifications and experience with streaming or broadcasting equipment.
