Job Details

Responsibilities

• Execute billing activities for LATAM- WEMEA according to established timelines.
• Invoices and credit notes, including manual billing when required.
• Support billing execution in systems such as TMS and ICS.
• Follow up on transmission failures, reconciliations, and open billing issues.
• Respond to country requirements, billing emails, and audit-related requests in a timely manner.
• Keep process documentation and country manuals updated.
• Support compliance with operational controls and regional billing procedures.
  
  

Education

• University Degree in administration or related completed.
  
  

Work Experience

• Previous experience in billing, finance operations, or shared services (minimum 3 years).
  
  

Skills And Knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work with multiple countries/stakeholders.
• Knowledge of billing systems and process documentation is preferred
