Foreign Exchange Trader – LATAM & Global FX | Join a Global Fintech Leader

Are you passionate about FX markets and ready to take on a high-impact trading role across Latin America? Ria Money Transfer, a global leader in cross-border payments, is looking for a Foreign Exchange Trader to manage and optimize our FX currency flows across LATAM and global markets.

This is a dynamic, strategic role where you’ll execute trades, shape hedging strategies, and collaborate closely with revenue and trading teams across the globe. If you're a hands-on FX professional with a strong analytical mindset and bilingual communication skills, this could be your next big career move.

What You'll Do

• Execute daily spot and forward FX trades for regional and global markets
• Manage currency flows and exposure across Latin America
• Partner with our Revenue Management team to provide FX insights and guidance
• Negotiate FX rates with partners and build strong institutional relationships
• Perform market research and currency analysis to support trading strategies
• Develop and implement short- and long-term hedging strategies
• Produce daily reports on FX positions, trades, and market trends
  
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on FX trading experience (spot, forward, hedging strategies, etc.)
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• High adaptability with flexible working hours when needed
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, trading platforms, and Microsoft Office 365
• Clear, confident communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
