Location: Remote (Preference: Latin America | Open to South Africa & Philippines)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time (US)
Compensation: USD $3,000 per month, depending on experience.
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Manager to lead and mentor a growing team of Project Managers within a fast-paced U.S. construction business. This is a leadership position—not an individual contributor role—and is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching teams, improving processes, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in U.S. construction project management and proven experience managing multiple Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
- Coach team members to improve project execution and client satisfaction.
- Foster accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Escalate critical issues and recommend solutions.
- Develop and refine project management processes.
- Improve operational efficiency across the PM team.
- Standardize reporting and project documentation.
- Serve as the escalation point for project-related concerns.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within the U.S. construction industry.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Construction
- Lighting
- Building Materials Distribution
- 2+ years managing a team of Project Managers or similar leadership experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Must come out of a construction background.
