Definition of the marketing strategy, present and future, based on Werfen's global strategy and the local needs and objectives.
To work close to the Business Unit Managers (BUM) participating in the definition and monitoring the implementation of the strategy of each of the business units (BU).
To monitor and to guide regarding some tactics in order to guarantee a healthy margin for each BU, in line with (or above) the budget.
To participate, together with the BUMs, Sales team, in the pricing strategy and product positioning.
Continuous analysis of the competitive environment and customer trends.
To prepare and monitor the annual marketing budget, taking into account the company's needs and strategic objectives, for example, deciding which events we should participate, support or sponsor.
To manage the Marketing team, ensuring the motivation, efficiency, commitment and professionalism of all the team members.
To work closely with the sales team, helping them to achieve commercial goals, providing the appropriate tools and materials and following up on meetings with direct customers and distributors.
To have a strong network and interaction with the worldwide strategic business units (SBUs) of Werfen, sharing with them the main goals, the trends and the needs of the Colombian market.
As a member of the brazilian Management team, to participate in meetings, analysis and decisions, taking into account the best for the company, its employees and customers.
To guarantee that the internal and external communication follows Werfen’s corporate guidelines and covers the affiliate needs.
To strengthen the diversity & inclusion pillar in Colombia with a proper strategy and proper actions.
Always be close to local KOLs and create reliable professional relationships.
