Technical Project Manager - Only for people located in Latin American countries

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to manage data integration projects and act as the primary liaison with the client. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver solutions that align with the product roadmap and business objectives, ensuring scope, time, quality, and budget are met.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate data integration tasks ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
Act as a bridge between project teams and the Enterprise Data & Integrations team, facilitating clear communication and alignment.
Oversee Jira management for task tracking, status updates, ticket movements, and work scheduling.
Facilitate project meetings, including daily stand-ups, work planning, completion reviews, and task updates.
Triage and assist with resolving issues for new solution rollouts (across data, integrations, reporting), coordinating with support and vendor teams.
Support Enterprise Reporting management, ensuring timely updates and efficient report delivery.

Experience:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management and Scrum Master roles, with a focus on data integration.
Strong understanding of data integration processes and data pipelines, especially with Azure Databricks.
Proficient in Jira for Agile project management and task tracking.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience bridging technical and non-technical teams.
Retail or grocery industry experience is a plus, with an understanding of POS, inventory, and loyalty systems.
