2+ years in BDC, call center, or automotive sales
Native or near-native English fluency (C1/C2)
Strong coaching and feedback skills
Comfortable with CRM systems and performance reporting
Leadership experience preferred

Review and score recorded calls against client scripts and quality standards. Deliver weekly feedback reports and help build a culture of continuous improvement.
