About The Role
The Workplace Experience Manager reporting to the region Director is responsible for shaping an exceptional workplace environment that fuels creativity, collaboration, and community within the studio. This role leads the strategy and delivery of the workplace experience, ensuring the environment, services, and programs support the evolving needs of EA teams.
As the on-site leader for Workplace Experience, you will oversee the full workplace ecosystem—space, services, programs, and partnerships—to create a workplace where employees feel connected, inspired, and empowered to do their best work.
Working closely with studio leadership and cross-functional partners, you will translate business needs into workplace strategies that strengthen culture, enhance engagement, and support the creation of world-class games.

Main Responsibilities
Site Operations & Service Delivery
- Guide efficient, cost-effective workplace operations by setting clear standards, optimizing resources, and aligning high-quality service delivery with our goals.
- Implement new and improved standards or processes to support an evolving culture and environment.
- Deliver insights to leadership on site performance, risks, and opportunities, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Manage vendor partnership and establish clear service standards and hold vendors accountable for delivering high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.
- Maintain site standards for safety, compliance, and employee experience.
- Provide operational leadership to the site WE team and meet a high level of service excellence standards.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, ownership, and customer-centric service delivery.
- Partner Partnership
- Be a trusted WE partner to site partners, building collaborative relationships.
- Communicate operational priorities, updates, and risks.
- Translate needs into practical workplace solutions that support operational effectiveness and employee experience.
- Manage the site operational budget.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost efficiencies.
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and company policies.
- Promote workplace programs through change by communicating vision, engaging partners, and driving adoption of new processes, technologies, and service models to support evolving needs.
- Partner with Real Estate, IT, Security, GHO, and People Practices to support site programs.
- 5–7 years of experience in Workplace Experience, Facilities, or related operational roles.
- Experience leading onsite teams.
- Problem-solving skills to approach different working styles and needs.
- Experience supporting and managing site-level budgets, with attention to transparency and accountability.
- Build collaborative, respectful relationships with different partners and contribute ideas across all levels.
- Experience in high-level communicating with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- The site runs with service standards.
- The Workplace team engages and performs well.
- We resolve operational issues quickly and escalate them when needed.
- Our partners feel supported and informed.
- We oversee budgets responsibly and meet compliance standards.
- We implement site-level programs smoothly.
