BIM Manager
We are seeking an experienced and proactive BIM Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of architectural and interior design BIM projects. This role is ideal for a professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who can successfully manage project teams, oversee BIM quality standards, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
The BIM Manager will be responsible for the management of the projects, ensuring compliance with company and client BIM standards, mentoring BIM team members, and maintaining consistent quality across multiple projects. The ideal candidate combines technical BIM expertise with proven experience leading teams, coordinating multidisciplinary workflows, and managing client expectations.
Required experience
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM coordination.
Demonstrated experience leading BIM teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working on U.S. and/or Canadian architectural projects.
Must Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating projects in multidisciplinary environments.
Strong leadership skills with experience assigning tasks, mentoring team members, and monitoring project progress.
Excellent client communication skills with experience participating in meetings and managing project expectations.
Experience developing and implementing BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
Experience performing QA/QC reviews of BIM models and drawing sets.
Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and BIM Execution Plans.
Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
English proficiency of B2 or higher, with the ability to lead meetings with international clients.
Plus Qualifications
Experience working on hospitality and luxury interior design projects.
Experience producing and coordinating Lighting and Wayfinding documentation packages.
Experience developing BIM standards for architectural and interior documentation.
Experience with Scan-to-BIM and point cloud workflows.
Responsabilities
Coordinate the development and delivery of architectural and interior design BIM models and construction documentation packages in Autodesk Revit.
Lead and support BIM teams throughout all project phases, ensuring compliance with project requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and company standards.
Review models and documentation to perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) checks before client submissions.
Manage project workflows, priorities, and deadlines while coordinating resources across multiple projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for architectural coordination with internal teams and external clients.
Develop, maintain, and improve BIM standards, templates, libraries, and best practices to enhance project efficiency.
Participate in client meetings to discuss project progress, clarify requirements, and resolve technical questions.
Interpret project documentation, markups, point clouds, and design intent to ensure accurate BIM implementation.
Support and mentor BIM modelers by providing technical guidance, training, and feedback.
Monitor project performance and proactively identify opportunities for workflow improvements and automation.
Assist in project planning activities, including effort estimation and resource allocation.
Facilitate collaboration through Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Autodesk Forma (ACC).
Required experience

- Experience with point cloud modeling and Scan-to-BIM workflows.
- English proficiency: B2 or higher, with confidence participating in meetings with international clients.
Plus Qualifications
- Experience in interior design projects, including space planning, interior finish documentation, millwork detailing, and coordination of interior architectural elements.
- Knowledge of software interoperability involving AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Rhino.
- Autodesk Revit Professional Certification(s).
