How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Coordinate customer order intake to ensure seamless order processing.
• Manage the ordering of hardware, software, and services efficiently.
• Create and oversee transactions including purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices for timely execution.
• Capture demand, purchase, and goods receipt while verifying invoices to support procurement processes.
• Plan transportation logistics and verify freight costs for optimal distribution execution.
• Ensure accurate customer invoicing and resolution of discrepancies.

Key Skills And Experience

• Upper Intermediate English.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash process.
