We’re looking for a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist with a strong mix of technical expertise, content strategy, and data analysis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving organic growth, improving search visibility, and generating measurable business outcomes through SEO.

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end SEO initiatives—from audits and strategy to execution and reporting—while staying ahead of industry trends, including AI-driven search.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities, and develop actionable improvement plans
• Perform keyword research and build content strategies based on search intent, competition, and SERP behavior
• Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headers, internal linking, content optimization)
• Manage technical SEO initiatives, including site speed, structured data, schema markup, XML sitemaps, redirects, crawlability, and indexing
• Develop and execute local SEO strategies (Google Business Profile optimization, citations, NAP consistency, location pages)
• Plan and execute link-building campaigns, including outreach and backlink analysis
• Create or optimize SEO content such as blog posts, landing pages, and service pages
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance SEO workflows (content ideation, clustering, audits)
• Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, or Ahrefs
• Report on SEO performance and collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, AI search trends, and emerging SEO practices
• Optimize content and strategies for AI-powered search platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity)
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results (traffic growth, rankings, lead generation)
• Strong technical SEO knowledge (site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema, URL structures)
• Solid on-page SEO expertise (keyword optimization, content structure, internal linking)
• Experience with local SEO strategies and tools (Google Business Profile, citations, map rankings)
• Proven experience in link building, outreach, and backlink analysis
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
• Experience using AI tools to improve SEO workflows and efficiency
• Ability to create or optimize high-performing SEO content
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for on-page adjustments and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Clear and effective communication skills in English
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an agency environment managing multiple accounts
• Familiarity with industry-specific SEO (e.g., service-based or healthcare-related sectors)
• Knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, or WordPress
• Experience with user behavior tools such as heatmaps (e.g., Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity)
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experience

Compensation: USD salary
