About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Airline Booking Specialist to manage airway bill bookings across multiple partner airlines and ensure shipments meet client destination requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Book and manage airway bills across partner airlines
• Monitor flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and capacity
• Find alternative routes and rebook shipments when needed
• Communicate booking updates and disruptions to internal teams and clients
• Maintain accurate booking and rebooking records
• Coordinate with airline representatives and operations teams
• Follow SOPs and ensure all bookings are properly documented

What You Bring

• Experience in airline booking, freight forwarding, logistics, or air cargo preferred
• Knowledge of airway bills and airline booking systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working independently and with changing priorities
• Proficiency with Excel and booking/operational systems
