Workday HCM Consultant at BairesDev

As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will act as a specialist in the implementation and optimization of Workday HCM and Financials. You will align business processes with technical solutions, ensuring that organizational requirements are translated into robust configurations within the Workday ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the end-to-end implementation and functional configuration of Workday HCM and Financial modules.

- Design and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).

- Create sophisticated data models using Calculated Fields to support advanced reporting and business logic.

- Manage and refine the Workday security model to ensure data integrity and compliance across the platform.

- Partner with stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications.

- Oversee data management activities, including migrations and high-volume updates, to maintain system accuracy.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Workday HCM consulting or functional implementation.

- Proven expertise in Workday HCM or Financials, including Calculated Fields and security models.

- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and EIBs for data integration and management.

- Strong background in end-to-end Workday deployments and functional configurations.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
