We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist with strong experience in Google Ads and GoHighLevel. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and paid media, and is highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable managing campaigns independently. This role is focused on campaign execution and optimization, ensuring efficient performance and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns across multiple accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Translate business objectives into actionable paid media strategies
• Monitor performance, analyze results, and report on key KPIs
• Manage workflows, reporting, and account data within a CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support future team expansion
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or paid media
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (required)
• Proficient in GoHighLevel CRM (required)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
