Job Summary

The Senior Associate, Change Enablement supports the execution of standardized Change Management processes to ensure technology changes are assessed, approved, scheduled, communicated, and implemented with minimal business risk.

This role operates as part of the IT Service Management function, working closely with infrastructure, application, cloud, DevOps, and SRE teams to facilitate changes through the lifecycle while ensuring compliance with policy, risk controls, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Change Execution & Coordination
  • Coordinate the end‑to‑end lifecycle of standard, normal, and emergency changes in accordance with established Change Enablement processes.
  • Ensure change records are complete, accurate, and compliant with defined data, risk, and approval standards.
  • Facilitate change scheduling and collision detection to reduce service impact and resource conflicts.
  • Support emergency change execution by ensuring appropriate approvals, documentation, and post‑implementation review.
  • CAB & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Prepare, manage, and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ad‑hoc change reviews.
  • Partner with change requesters, service owners, and technical teams to clarify scope, risk, dependencies, and rollback plans.
  • Communicate change approvals, deferrals, and rejections in a timely and clear manner.
  • Tooling & Data Management
  • Execute Change Management workflows within ServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM platform).
  • Maintain change calendars, dashboards, and operational reports.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews through accurate record-keeping and evidence collection.


Skills And Experience

Skills

  • Strong understanding of ITIL Change Enablement and Change Management practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple changes simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and CI/CD-enabled delivery models.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and identify potential impacts of changes.


Education, Professional Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Service Management (ITSM), Change Management, or related roles.
