Reservation Services Representative

We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Reservation Services Representative to assist clients with reservation requests, research, confirmations, and ongoing coordination. This remote role is best suited for someone who enjoys communicating with people, staying organized, and making sure important details are handled accurately.

The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, and comfortable assisting clients throughout the reservation process while managing multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regarding reservation needs and preferences
• Research available accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
• Assist with coordinating reservations and confirmations
• Review reservation information to ensure details are accurate
• Provide clients with updates, confirmations, and relevant information
• Help coordinate modifications and special requests
• Maintain organized client and reservation records
• Follow up on pending requests and required information
• Communicate with service providers when additional coordination is needed
