• Work in a regional LATAM role, collaborating with Finance teams across different countries.

• Analyze regional financial information and provide insights for decision-making.

• Support regional budgeting, monthly reporting, and financial performance monitoring.

• Drive the standardization and improvement of financial processes across LATAM.

• Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities with local teams.

• Support the implementation of financial systems, processes, and best practices.

• Provide support and guidance to local Finance teams across the region.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

• 1+ year of experience in similar Finance roles.

• English level B2-C1.

• Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Experience working in regional or multinational environments is highly valued.
