Role Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to staff.
• Offer management guidance and recommend strategic directions based on established policy.
• Ensure personnel possess appropriate skills and behaviors; effectively communicate performance results.
• Provide technical and advisory support to ensure the development and implementation of applications.
• Recommend policy changes and implementations.
• Perform strategic planning, financial planning, administration, and department management.

• Business or Finance Major
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data analytics into actionable business insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management expertise, highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks, consistently meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional results
• Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; programming and coding skills are advantageous
• Quick learner when it comes to new applications and technologies; experience with Tableau, Domo, or other comparable business intelligence tools is beneficial
