As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for applicants. Your role is to connect, inform, and engage - making sure candidates clearly understand the opportunity and feel motivated to move forward.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Calling applicants to confirm receipt of their resumes.
Explaining job logistics, including travel-based roles and remote opportunities.
Clearly communicating pay structure and job locations.
Providing details on lodging options when applicable.
Answering candidate questions and addressing concerns (Q&A).
Sharing enough information to spark interest and keep applicants engaged.
What You Bring to the Table:
Strong English skills (B2+ level) – you can explain things clearly and professionally.
Experience in customer support, sales, or people-facing roles is a plus.
Great multitasking skills – you can handle multiple conversations at once.
A natural problem-solver – you don’t just listen, you find solutions.
Friendly and professional communication – you know how to keep things clear and helpful.
Capability to operate independently while collaborating within a team.
