Job Description
We are looking for a Local Delivery Capability Lead in Bogotá to play a critical role in building, scaling, and leading a high-performing delivery team. This leader will partner closely in recruiting top talent, support the staffing of consultants across client engagements, and ensure the development of a strong, cohesive local culture. The role includes collaborating with U.S.-based client teams to design and implement effective strategies for staffing blended (onshore/offshore) delivery teams, enabling seamless integration and high-quality outcomes. As a people leader, this individual will coach and develop consultants, supporting their growth and career progression. Additionally, the Local Delivery Capability Lead will work closely with other local capability leaders to embed the delivery team within the broader office culture, while partnering with U.S. GTM leaders to align talent strategy with market and client needs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Delivery capability team in Bogota, Colombia
• Experience managing complex projects (in terms of budget, schedule, scope, risk, integrations).
• Experience driving solutions to outcomes, monitoring, measuring success, and adapting to evolving client priorities.
• Strong logical, analytical problem-solving skills with a rigorous approach to managing enterprise-level projects.
• Demonstrated experience in all phases of project lifecycle including the identification of the business problem, business case, and project plan development through project management and closeout.
• Prior experience managing technology implementation projects (e.g.enterprise technology platforms, data migration, from initiation through project closeout. Familiarity with Agile delivery tools and methodologies (e.g., Scrum,SAFe, etc.).
• Participate in the hiring, staffing, and workforce planning rhythms.
• Contribute to the planning for the market-dedicated capability pool to ensure the right-skilled talent is available.
• Develop and mentor a small team of direct reports.
• Serve as a mentor to practitioners within the Capability community.
• Participate in performance management by providing feedback on the Capability team members engaged in pursuits and delivery.
• Contribute to delivery through billable roles as Delivery Solution Lead and/or SME, with a utilization target of 45%.
• Collaborative team player with a growth mindset in challenging circumstances that can foster collaboration and accountability to create high-performing teams.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels including extensive presentation development and delivery; has driven executive-level communications.


What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of management consulting experience in a project-based, client-facing environment, with a track record of leading complex business and technology transformations across industries.
• Proven experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing teams, including workforce planning, talent development, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Strong project and program leadership expertise, including managing complex initiatives across budget, scope, schedule, risk, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes and deliver client value, using data-driven decision making, success measurement, and adaptability to evolving business priorities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience navigating ambiguity and developing practical solutions for enterprise-level challenges.
• Hands-on experience with technology implementation projects, including enterprise platforms, data migration initiatives, and Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, present, and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Passion for people leadership, capability building, and developing talent, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and continuous growth.
• Growth mindset with a collaborative leadership approach, enabling teams to thrive in fast-paced and challenging environments.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn and adopt emerging technologies, including GenAI and modern project management tools.
