Facilities
Our Workplace and Facilities Management team plays a pivotal role in creating and delivering a positive and successful employee experience across our real estate portfolio. We're proud of how our sustainability efforts minimise energy consumption, reduce waste and promote ecofriendly practices, all while orchestrating best-in-class facilities for our people. We're here to create inspiring spaces that our people want to be in, providing a conducive, inclusive and productive work environment, always thinking about workflow efficiency, employee comfort and collaboration. Our team optimises the use of physical spaces, ensuring that we align with organisational goals. This can include defining and evolving our workplace strategy, managing office layouts, seating arrangements, meeting rooms and the associated services required to ensure the successful day-to-day operation of our facilities � including the physical assets such as furniture, equipment, and infrastructure.

Brindar soporte integral a las operaciones de Workplace & Facilities, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los procesos administrativos, financieros, de proveedores, servicios generales, salud y seguridad en el trabajo (SST), gestión de flota vehiculas y bienestar, garantizando la continuidad operativa, el cumplimiento normativo, la eficiencia en la prestación de servicios y una experiencia positiva para los colaboradores.

Tus responsabilidades
- Apoyo en el control y seguimiento de los gastos operativos de Workplace & Facilities
- Órdenes de compra, Facturaciones, Conciliaciones, Aprobaciones en SAP y seguimiento a contabilización y pagos
- Seguimiento a proveedores de flotas y health & safety
- Atención y seguimeinto a facilities de los sitios
- Atención a clientes y soporte a empleados
- Apoyo general al área
- Sólida experiencia en roles y/o áreas similares
- Atención al cliente
- Licenciatura en Arquitectura, Contaduría, Ingeniería, Administración o carreras afines
- SAP deseable
- Inglés básico
