Paid Media Analyst

About the Role

At Publicis Global Delivery (PGD), we're looking for a Paid Media Analyst to join our team and drive the execution, optimization, and performance analysis of paid social campaigns across leading platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other paid social platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, who is passionate about performance marketing, data-driven optimization, and delivering measurable business results in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other social platforms.
• Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and performance to ensure KPIs and business objectives are achieved.
• Perform ongoing optimizations to improve campaign efficiency, conversions, and overall performance.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and post-campaign analyses.
• Conduct account audits and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure quality and accuracy throughout campaign setup, execution, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign success.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager is required.
• Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, or other paid social platforms.
• Proven experience optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
• Strong understanding of paid media KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Frequency.
• Experience creating performance reports and presenting optimization recommendations.
• English level B2+ or higher.
