B2B Appointment Setter

Overview

Join our growing team as an Appointment Setter and be the first point of contact for private medical practice owners across the United States. In this role you will qualify inbound leads from our paid campaigns and book demo calls for our Account Executive's with physicians, office managers, and practice administrators who are ready to transform how their front desk operates.

This is not a cold calling role. Practices are coming to us. Your job is to qualify them and get them on the calendar.

Responsibilities

- Manage inbound leads from ads and outbound prospecting

- Run discovery calls to confirm fit: right EHR, real front desk problem, decision maker

- Schedule qualified prospects for demo calls with our Account Executive's

- Follow up via phone, SMS, and email

- Maintain accurate pipeline records

- Hit weekly booked call targets

What We're Looking For

- Fluent in English required

- 1+ year of setting or SDR experience preferably in B2B, agency, or SaaS

- Comfortable calling medical offices and speaking with physicians and office managers

- Strong phone presence: Confident, professional, and concise

- Coachable and self-managed

- Experience with CRMs is a plus

- Healthcare or medical sales background is a strong advantage

Compensation & Benefits

- Remote position

- Part Time: Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm EST

- Base pay, $15 per hour plus commission on every deal that closes from your pipeline

- Part-time to start with clear path to full-time based on performance
