We're Hiring: Business Development Representative (Hybrid | Colombia)

Location: Hybrid (Medellín)

Contract: Indefinite-term Colombian contract

What You'll Do

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to the sales team.
• Close straightforward opportunities when appropriate.
• Research target accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other prospecting tools.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach performance and conversion rates.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or logistics/warehouse-related sales.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outbound prospecting.
• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and social selling.
• Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Ability to create basic commercial proposals and presentations.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
