The role

Tax Senior Analyst

SoftwareOne

Scope: Full-time | Finance & Tax | Location: Colombia

Are you passionate about tax, accounting, and financial operations in a global environment?

Do you have experience working with tax processes, financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting while collaborating with regional stakeholders?

If so, this position is for you.

As a Tax Senior Analyst, you will support tax and financial operations across Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, and Bolivia, ensuring compliance, data quality, and the accurate execution of tax and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and validate tax processes, tax returns, reports, and supporting documentation across the region.

Perform reconciliations, balance analysis, and monthly closing activities.

Provide support for internal and external audits and requests from Finance and Tax teams.

Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and efficiency.

What we need to see from you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business Administration, or a related field, with experience in Tax, Accounting, or Shared Services.

Regional tax experience, working directly with at least 2 Latin American countries.

Knowledge of tax processes, accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial controls.

Experience with financial ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and intermediate/advanced Excel skills.

Intermediate English, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
