Senior Business Development Analyst

We are currently recruiting a Senior Business Development Analyst to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the quality of connection studies for multiple new projects.
• Lead management and negotiation of connection contract subscriptions.
• Direct processes for obtaining construction and public space occupation licenses.
• Supervise and optimize meteorological measurement campaigns.
• Coordinate with property teams to identify and secure land for development.
• Assess and resolve technical constraints in project design and construction.
• Identify strategic opportunities for new connections and project development.
• Lead and validate initial feasibility studies for developing projects.
• Develop and review basic engineering and layouts for all assigned projects.
• Provide technical due diligence for possible project acquisitions.
• Support and mentor junior staff; perform additional tasks as required.
  
  

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Civil, or related Engineering required.
  
  

Experience & Technical Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in energy project development/construction (large-scale renewables preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of connection study methodologies, contractual procedures (STN, STR, SDL), and site evaluation.
• Skilled in Excel, Google Earth, and project management tools.
• Experience in negotiation, permitting, and technical documentation.
• Proven track record in fieldwork, measurement, and land management.
