SemiSenior Data Analytics / R+D at BairesDev

We are looking for an outstanding SemiSenior Data Analytics to join BairesDev's Research & Development (R&D) team.

Our R&D team is an integral part of our technology solutions that generate millions in revenue each year, so we hire only the best of the best. What You Will Do:

- Understand, identify, and propose new process improvement opportunities.

- Create hypotheses and run tests to test them against data.

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and prepare ongoing reports.

- Actively participate in discussions and decisions related to the overall data analysis area.

- Collaborate with data product managers to build great data products.

- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

- Help spread a data-driven mindset and improve data literacy. Be a data evangelist.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, statistics, or a related field.

- Proficiency with SQL.

- Strong experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.

- Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and form relationships with non-technical users.

- Advanced level of English.

Desirable:

- 1+ year of experience with Python, R, or another programming language.

- Knowledge of people's analytics.

- A background in business, statistics, engineering, or mathematics.
