FullStack Junior

We're looking for a FullStack Junior Developer to join our team!

As a FullStack Junior Developer, you will build and maintain the backend and frontend systems that power our UX Team and Trading Solutions product suite. You'll work directly on platforms that serve over 300 active clients and support the movement of more than 52,000 TEUs per year and 500 tons of air and land cargo. This role owns the technical execution of new features, system integrations, and user-facing tools that keep our operations running at scale.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain backend services using modern frameworks to support logistics workflows and client-facing applications.
• Build responsive frontend interfaces that deliver real-time shipment visibility and operational data to internal teams and customers.
• Integrate APIs and third-party systems such as CargoWise, TMS platforms, and customs documentation tools to automate data flows.
• Collaborate with the UX Team to translate design requirements into functional, scalable code.
• Write clean, documented, and testable code that adheres to version control best practices using Git.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs across the full stack, ensuring system uptime and performance for a global user base.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards and processes.
• Support the deployment and monitoring of applications in hybrid cloud environments.
• Work closely with the Technology team to prioritize features and deliver solutions that drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Analysis (recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience).
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher — you'll read technical documentation and communicate with international teams.
• Hands-on experience with at least one backend language or framework (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar).
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (React, Vue, Angular, or similar).
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic SQL query writing.
• Growth mindset: you take ownership, ask questions, and push to learn and improve every day.
• Results-oriented: you deliver on commitments and understand that your code impacts real operations and real clients.

Nice to Have

• Experience with RESTful API design and consumption.
• Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Previous internship or project work in logistics, supply chain, or SaaS environments.
