Node.js Software Engineer at BairesDev

Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js to deliver efficient and scalable solutions. This role focuses on building server-side systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing modern development practices to create robust APIs and services that support business objectives.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain Node.js applications and backend services.

- Write clean, efficient code following Node.js best practices and coding standards.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices with databases and third-party systems.

- Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to deliver complete solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Debug and optimize applications to ensure performance and reliability.

What We Are Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience with Node.js development.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and asynchronous programming.

- Experience with Express.js or similar backend frameworks.

- Familiarity with database technologies and API design principles.

- Understanding of software development best practices and testing methodologies.

- Advanced level of English.
