Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design and a knack for bringing ideas to life? As a Graphic Designer II at Gallagher, you’ll be part of our global Art Department, helping shape impactful visual experiences for events, trade shows, and branded environments. Your work will play a vital role in delivering high-quality designs that inspire, engage, and elevate the Gallagher brand.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Bring ideas to life: Transform creative briefs into visually compelling designs for print, digital, and experiential marketing materials.
• Create memorable experiences: Design trade show booths, environmental graphics, signage, and branding systems that leave lasting impressions.
• Ensure excellence: Prepare production-ready artwork for large-format applications, ensuring technical accuracy and high-quality execution.
• Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and team members to develop creative solutions that align with Gallagher’s brand standards.
• Stay ahead of trends: Continuously learn and apply industry best practices to deliver fresh, innovative designs.
  
  

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a solid understanding of design principles like composition, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Is experienced in creating large-format graphics, event branding systems, and trade show displays.
• Is proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, especially InDesign and Photoshop.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
• Is a team player who collaborates respectfully and contributes positively to group efforts.
• Holds an associate or bachelor’s degree in visual communications, graphic design, or a related field.
• Has 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team, with a focus on experiential marketing and branded environments.
