Responsabilidades
- Ejecutar y supervisar los procesos de gestión documental: Monitorear la operación diaria para asegurar el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio (ANS) acordados.
- Liderar y coordinar al equipo operativo: Asignar tareas, validar la información del proceso y reportar novedades directamente a la coordinación.
- Monitorear indicadores y gestionar riesgos: Dar seguimiento a las métricas clave de desempeño e identificar posibles desviaciones en el manejo documental.
- Formular planes de mejora continua: Diseñar e implementar iniciativas que optimicen el flujo de trabajo y fortalezcan la calidad de los entregables.
- 1+ años de experiencia en roles de liderazgo o supervisión en áreas de archivo, gestión documental o correspondencia.
- Título de Tecnólogo en Gestión Documental.
- Solidos conocimientos técnicos en procesos de archivo y control de documentación.
- Competencias clave en liderazgo de personal, pensamiento analítico, orientación al logro y servicio al cliente.
- Salario: $2.800.000 COP mensual
- Horario: Lunes a viernes de 7:30 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. (jornada adaptada a 42 horas semanales)
- Ubicación: Medellín - Calle 12 Sur #18 – 168 (Posición presencial)
- Contrato a término fijo por 4 meses con posibilidad de prórroga
