Financial Analyst

Cardif Servicios, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, is the company responsible for providing IT services based on the needs and requests of LATAM entities, meeting competitive SLAs, fostering synergies, rationalizing costs, and keeping risk under control.

In order to enhance and drive continuous improvement in business decision-making from a financial perspective, we are looking for our next Financial Analyst.

Position Objective

Coordinate the financial planning process by developing studies and analyzing information (both internal and external) to provide business insight/understanding, with the aim of ensuring decision-making at various levels and the company's profitability.

Job Functions

• Lead, plan, prepare, design, and monitor the budgets of the various entities on a monthly basis.
• Develop the results Forecast and Rolling Forecast process, coordinating and executing different activities in order to identify business opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
• Conduct monthly reviews of the financial statements (FS) to determine budget deviations, record new operations, and support the accounting close by reinforcing criteria to reduce variances. Prepare explanations and analyses of monthly provisions.
• Prepare annual and quarterly financial closing reports and explanations for the headquarters. Control and Group reports, as well as reports and analyses of budget and profitability deviations.
• Prepare monthly Finance Committee meetings.
• Other activities required by Management and/or the Business.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Management Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced English
• Experience: 2 years in management control, Finance
• Knowledge: Budget management, Accounting, Income Statements, Management Reports
• Software: Power BI desirable
• Advanced Excel skills
