How You'll Make An Impact

In this role, you’ll:

• Be the main point of contact for clients, addressing payment-related queries and ensuring smooth financial operations.
• Manage client accounts to ensure timely collection and payment of funds, resolving issues proactively.
• Monitor financial metrics like debt, funding, and unallocated cash using reporting tools to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile daily cash transactions, calculate exchange rates, and raise payments promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and improve processes.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 1+ years of experience in accounting, credit control, or client interaction.
• Is fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus but not required).
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a numerical subject.
• Can manage financial transactions with precision and explain complex issues in simple terms.
