Dove New Business Marketing Specialist Andina

The Dove New Business Marketing Specialist will help build and accelerate Dove’s next growth engines in Andina, with a primary focus on Baby Dove and Dove Men+Care, identifying and unlocking white spaces where the brand has significant headroom to grow. This role will combine consumer intimacy, business understanding, innovation and brand building to transform untapped opportunities into scalable businesses, leading initiatives from opportunity identification and strategy through innovation, launch and in-market execution. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE? - Accelerate Dove’s new growth engines, with a primary focus on Baby Dove and Dove Men+Care, building clear strategies to recruit new consumers and increase Dove’s presence beyond its established female core. - Identify and unlock white spaces for Dove by deeply understanding consumers, cultural trends, category dynamics and competitive landscapes across Andina. - Build the growth roadmap and innovation pipeline for Baby Dove and Dove Men+Care, translating consumer and business opportunities into winning propositions, portfolio choices and launch plans. - Lead innovation and renovation projects end-to-end, partnering with cross-functional teams including CMI, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, CSP and Customer Development to take opportunities from insight to market. - Develop locally relevant brand-building plans, leveraging Dove’s global platforms and adapting them to Andina consumers, channels and market realities. - Drive consumer recruitment and demand generation, developing communication and activation plans that build awareness, consideration and trial among new Dove audiences. - Own the business performance of the new growth platforms, tracking key brand and business KPIs, identifying opportunities and translating data into clear actions to accelerate growth. - Partner with regional and global Dove teams, bringing the Andina consumer and business perspective into the conversation while identifying global innovations and best practices that can be scaled locally. - Champion an entrepreneurial mindset within Dove, constantly looking three steps ahead to identify what could become the brand’s next meaningful source of growth.
