Art Teacher

Elementary School – Art Teacher (3rd to 5th Grade) SY 2027 - 2028

The Elementary School Art Teacher inspires creativity and artistic expression among students, fostering both skill development and appreciation for the visual arts. The successful candidate will design engaging lessons aligned with CNG's Mission and Beliefs, integrating artistic techniques, cultural perspectives, and interdisciplinary connections. The role requires collaboration with colleagues, parents, and administration to promote a vibrant and inclusive learning environment where students explore, create, and reflect through art.

Degree in Visual Arts Education, Fine Arts, or a related field

Master's Degree in Education or Fine Arts (preferred)

Minimum of two years of successful visual arts teaching experience at the elementary level, preferably in a bilingual or international school

Bilingual proficiency – C1 level in English

Knowledge of art history, techniques, materials, and studio safety

Ability to integrate art with other disciplines and support whole-child development

Strong classroom management, creativity, and communication skills

Commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive teaching practices
